How will we deliver your order?

My99Shop delivers your order through our various courier partners i.e Delhivery, DTDC etc. We believe in to provide best quality to our customers and we ensure that your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. For your convenience we also call you when your order will be within an hour away from your doorsteps!

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charge is very nominal which depends on your order value as mentioned below:

How much time it will take to get my order?

You will get your order within 4- 5 days at your place.

How will I come to know that my order is on its way?

An hour ago, we will give a notification call to you when we are going to deliver your order.

What if I missed the delivery?

If you are not available to receive your order, we will attempt to contact you for alternate delivery instructions. If no contact is established then we will leave a note at your door with our customer contact number to reschedule the delivery.

What is the procedure for rescheduling my delivery?

For rescheduling your delivery of order, you have to call us on +91- 98206 58257 or email us at info@99my99shop.com within 8 hours after you missed your first delivery.
