We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do decide that you would like to return something then, as long as the goods are in their original, unused re-saleable condition, you can email us at email@example.com for a returns authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
When you buy online you are covered by the Consumer Protection Act. These allow you to cancel your order within 3 days after the date you received your goods. You would be entitled to a full refund of both the goods purchased and delivery charge as long as you notify us, in writing, within this time and that all of the goods are returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you only want to return some of the products then we will refund the original price of the goods returned but we will not refund the postage or the cost incurred by you for sending the goods back to us.
If you do decide to return some or all of your purchase then we strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery; we are unable to accept responsibility for lost items or goods damaged in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also tell you if we have approved or rejected your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
