WHY ARE SOME PRODUCT LISTED AT HIGH PRICE ON WEBSITE LIKE AMAZON, FLIPKART, SNAP DEAL ETC ?

At My99Shop we try to give best possible prices to customer by selling on other marketplace our margin are highly reduced due to transaction cost,

taxes etc due to which you might pay more price for same product if you by from marketplace and not directly through us.


Note - We normally advice to clients to purchase directly through us to get maximum benefit of price and products


CAN I AVOID PAYING COURIER CHARGE ?

Yes you can collect your product directly from collection facility in your city those would not pay any courier charges.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES ?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by My99Shop.

You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

My99Shop has launched Drop ship facility for certain cities and we are constantly increasing our reach.

DO MY99SHOP COMPROMISE IN QUALITY FOR PRICE ?

We will never compromise with the quality of our products.

We are having our Quality check department which looks after all product quality check.

All our products must have to pass the quality check process, then only we put them to sell though if

any of the customer having the query for the same we will surely assist and solve it within 48 hours.


We assure no damage will be there during transportation as we are packing it with all the required material so

the chance of damage will be none/rare.



WHAT IS MY99SHOP RETURN POLICY?

My99Shop has 30 Day Returns Policy on certain products

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us,

if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.


We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 9820658257 or drop an email at info@my99shop.com within a period of 30 days,

from the date of order.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition

with the tags intact and in their original packaging C'mon that's just fair!


*Please note that My99Shop 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances,

Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks,Furniture, CDs,Electrical Items, FMCG, Pens & Books.

*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by My99Shop team.

*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

*Some special rules for promotional offers may override My99Shop 30 Day Returns Policy."

*Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the

refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.




WHY ISN'T COD AVAILABLE ?

"Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations.

Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products,

COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.


We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience.

ARE THERE CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NOT - RETURNABLE ?

Certain items such as Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks, Furniture, CDs, Electrical Item, FMCG

Books and Toys are non returnable.



CAN I DROP SHIP RETURNS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS FOR MY99SHOP ?

My99Shop has launched the Returns Drop Ship facility for certain locations.

Customers from these locations who would like to return their products can visit the centres and send their returns to My99Shop



WHAT IS DROP SHIP FACILITY OF MY99SHOP ?

"Drop ship is a facility where customers can return their products to My99Shop without paying any processing fee or courier charges.

Customers just need to visit our Drop ship centres with the product to be returned along with a Returns E-form and deposit the product at our Drop ship centres,

so that the product reaches us safely.


Refunds will be initiated post inspection once the shipment reaches our facility.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

a) If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue My99Shop Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account.

My99Shop Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

b) If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue My99Shop Credits or Bank Transfer.

My99Shop Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

c) If My99Shop Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as My99Shop Credits.

This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.


I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY REFUND BY NOW BUT I HAVEN'T.WHAT DO I DO ?

We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email.

If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete.

Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary.

If you haven't received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.


HOW LONG WILL RETURN PROCESS TAKE ?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 7 days to initiate refund subject to product receivable & inspection.

In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.

Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days.

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.

WHY DID I RECEIVE A PARTIAL ORDER ?

Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time.

Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please dont worry your item is on its way.

In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check,

which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item.

In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock.

Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.

In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item

 

CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY ON ALL DAY OF THE WEEK ?

You can expect delivery of your order on business days.

Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing

a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will pro actively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 3 -4 business days if it is being shipped to the following areas

• Banglore

• Delhi NCR

• Metros

• Select major cities given below:

Delivery in 2-5 business days

For Non Metros and cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 5 business days from the time it was confirmed with us.

In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.


I USED MY TRACKING NUMBER TO CHEKC THE DETAILS OF MY SHIPMENT BUT INFORMATION IS NOT CLEAR TO ME ?

Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below.

In transit -    Your order is on its way to your city

Out for delivery - Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today

Hold at hub - We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours

RTO in transit - Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT

"You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return

1) Place your item in its original packaging

2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice

3) Keep the product and the package ready in case of a My99Shop Pickup

4) If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly

You can choose to:


(b) Send it at your convenience to our address below and get a voucher for Courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 40 per kilogram of shipment.

Scanned copy of courier slip needs to be emailed to us within 10 days of opening the return request.

If we have received the product through courier, but we did not receive scanned copy of courier slip within 10 days of opening the return request,

then we will reimburse a flat amount of Rs 100.


(C) Drop Ship - We also offer you Returns Drop Ship facility for certain locations and constantly increasing our reach.

Customers from these locations who would like to return their products can visit the centres and send their returns to My99Shop.

This is provided to customers completely free of charge.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed.

Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible,

we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

If you put an invalid or wrong address, your order will ship out to that address and be returned to our warehouse.

A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.



ARE THERE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED GOES ON SALE?

Yes, at sometime we do offer price adjustments, if its with time limit of 10 days

 


WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

My99Shop.com was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order.

If the Billing Address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct.

Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.




WHAT HAPPEN IF YOUR TRANSACTION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MONEY IS DEDUCTED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT RECEIPT ?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure,

it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.


If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.

Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:


Net Banking 2-4 business days

Debit Card 5-7 business days

Credit Card 7-21 business days



WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS LIKE THE LOCKETS MORE THAN 99?

My99Shop.com has a few products in the "Charm Shop" which are priced at ?199. Due to the high demand from our customers for these


Locket Necklaces and Bracelets since they are expensive in the current market (? 800 -1000),

we have added them to My99Shop.com at factory price for our customers to enjoy.



 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Handle and Wear with Care: always remove all jewellery before entering water.

Also, take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold.

Our jewelry is made with real metals, and will tarnish over time.



WHY ARE THERE WARNING LABELS ON SOME OF THE PRODUCTS?

Jewellery and many other household items that are imported through the different countries so to comply with law.  

These same warning labels are found on dishes, shampoo, cosmetics, foods, beverages etc.  

These items not intended for small children, however are safe for adults to handle and wear externally.


 


IS YOUR JEWELLERY NICKEL-FREE?

Our jewellery is not nickel-free, however, they have been laboratory tested to assure a very low level of nickel release from the product to the skin.


DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT IN FASHION SEGMENT?

Unfortunately we do not restock most of our jewellery and accessory items.  We strive to be a "fast fashion" company by offering 50-100 new styles every week!

Some popular times sell out as fast as 1 or 2 days, so grab what you like when you see it! And don't worry, we'll have tons of new styles for you next time
